Installation
A project reminiscent of childhood memories while focusing on transforming an empty room into a dreamlike environment. In a 400 sqft room we hung sheep mobiles in varying sizes and shapes from the ceiling. Sheep molds are hanging from cloud forms. This is not directly interactive but as a whole works as an interactive space. There are lights on every cloud, but a number of them are programmed to vary the brightness of the lights. Mobiles are controlled by motors that alter the height of sheeps.
This is a photo of some of the sheeps during mold making process. Porcelain, 2014.
A project reminiscent of childhood memories with a dash of eeriness. Sheep molds hanging from a cloud form. This is an interactive piece where the viewer can control the speed of the lights and the movements of the sheep with a ribbon. The various colors on the cloud represent mood changes and changes in the atmosphere. A completed piece for a proposal for a larger installation. Collaboration between Anita Su and Jordan Braun. Chicago, IL, March 2014.
